Nope. You can type the whole time — the mic is optional. Tap “Start talking” only if you want to use your voice.

You don't type them in manually — Eugenius pulls your commitments out of the conversation and lists them on your Goals page with their dates and next steps.
▸ ▾ What are the follow-ups?
Eugenius reaches out — by email, text, or a real call in Eugene's voice — to check on your goals so you keep moving. You can pause them anytime on your Goals page, and they only restart when you turn them back on.
▸ ▾ Can I call Eugenius?
Yes (on a paid plan) — tap “📞 Call” or dial the number shown. Your call gets saved to your history, matched to your account by your phone number, so add your number on the Goals page first.
▸ ▾ What's the social scrub?
Ask Eugenius to check your socials and he'll research your handles across platforms and give you an honest, encouraging read plus a couple of concrete growth moves.

Head to your Account page — you can cancel anytime, yourself. Heads up: canceling permanently erases your data (goals, history, everything), so we'll always offer you a discount before you go.
