Terms of Service

1. The service
Eugenius is an AI accountability coach for creators, operated by E-Tre Productions ("we," "us"). It helps you talk out your goals, keeps you on track, and — if you ask — gives you a read on your social media presence. By using Eugenius you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You're responsible for your account and for anything done through it. Keep your login secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract to use the service.
3. Connected social accounts
If you connect a social account (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), you authorize us to read your own profile and public metrics from that account, only to show you your numbers inside the app. You can disconnect anytime from your Account page. We never access accounts you haven't connected, and we never share one member's data with another. See our Privacy Policy.
TikTok. If you connect TikTok via TikTok Login Kit, you grant Eugenius the user.info.profile and user.info.statsscopes, used only to read your own profile details and follower/like/video counts and show them back to you in your social scrub. We do not post, message, or take any action on your TikTok account. You can disconnect anytime from your Account page or from TikTok's app-permission settings. Your use of the TikTok integration is also subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service and the TikTok Developer Terms.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your Account page; cancellation takes effect as described there. Prices may change with notice.
5. Intellectual property & ownership
Eugenius — including the Eugenius name and logo, the software and design, and the underlying AI prompts and coaching methodology — is owned by E-Tre Productions and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. "Eugenius" and the Eugenius logo are trademarks of E-Tre Productions. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, scrape, or build derivative works from any part of the service, and you may not use our name, logo, or marks without our prior written permission. You keep ownership of the goals and content you create; you grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. AI output
Eugenius gives AI-generated coaching and research. It can be wrong or incomplete and isn't professional, legal, or financial advice — use your own judgment.
8. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is," without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
